We offer three amazing packages Luxury All Inclusive Package, Standard All Inclusive Package and an Intimate All Inclusive Package.
Included in this packages is the Venue, Bar & Staffing, Catering, Décor & Flowers, Furniture, Stationery and your On-the-day Coordinator. You will also receive free wedding planning services to assist with any additional wedding planning and a tasting menu for two prior to the wedding.

Venue Includes:
Soetendal Estate Outdoor Chapel, Courtyard area, Polo Venue. Rectangular White Box Tables and White
Phoenix Chairs for reception area. All Glassware for bar, pre-drinks and reception. Dance Floor. 6-8 Hours of
venue use (depending on package selected) excluding setup and breakdown.
On-The-Day Coordination Includes:
Pluk Weddings Introduction meeting with the coordinator at the venue/other, finalizing all arrangements with
all suppliers involved, Ceremony rehearsal, detailed wedding timeline, coordinating setup, wedding day and
breakdown, ensuring the wedding day runs according to timeline and service flows smoothly, 8-10 hours of
on-the-day coordination (duration depending on package selected).
**Additional free wedding planning services - assisting with finding the perfect Photographer/Videographer,
Entertainment/DJ, Make-up & Hair Stylist, Budget planning advise.
Staffing Includes:
Happy Apron supplies 8-10 hours of setup and waitering services (duration depending on package selected).
Catering Includes: (per person)
Concept Food 4-Course dinner menu (canapes, starter, main, dessert) and all crockery required.
Complimentary tasting for the bride and groom.
Stationery Includes:
Design Fee, DL Timeline/program for each guest, DL Menu with guest name on each, DL table layout on A1
guestlist board. 250g cardstock paper.
Bridal Party Flowers: (seasonal flowers, colour of choice)
1x Bridal bouquet, 2x Bridesmaids, 3xBoutonnieres
Ceremony Flowers & Decor:
Arch or aisle arrangement in seasonal flowers in selected colour scheme, Arch or large arrangement
containers/plinths, Podium plinth, Confetti and containers (placed on venue white plinths), Carpet runner 10m,
Ceremony chairs.
Cocktail Hour / Pre-drinks:
3x Cocktail tables with chairs, 2x Lounge Pockets, Flower arrangement (small) with vase/holder for tables.
Reception Flowers & Decor:
Bridal table modern floral arrangement, Guest table modern floral arrangements, Table décor including
- Linen tablecloth, napkins, runner optional, candle décor, vases/flower holders (10x guest per table),
6-piece modern cutlery set per person, Seasonal flowers in selected colour scheme to decorate cake.
