We have shared one of our favourite recipes below from our very own Kathrine Ballantyne using Ina Paarman Cajun Chicken Spice.
Ingredients
Skinless chicken fillet strips
200ml olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 Table spoon Ina Paarman Cajun Spice
Marinade chicken for 2hrs
Wrap Ingredients
Rocket
Tomato
Avocado
Onion marmalade
Grated mature white cheddar
Mustard mayonnaise (creamy mayonnaise with some Dijon mustard)
Marinade your chicken for 2 hours and once ready, cook your chicken on the grill or frying pan. We used a George Foreman Grill which gave us the perfect sear on the outside whilst keeping the chicken fillets moist and succulent.
Once your chicken has cooked, use the strips to dress a wrap with the following ingredients:
Rocket
Tomato
Avocado
Onion marmalade
Grated mature white cheddar
Mustard mayonnaise (creamy mayonnaise with some Dijon mustard)
Once you have completed your preparations, fold your wrap and enjoy the fruits of your labour!
