Introducing to you the all new and opulent venue in Franschhoek set amongst the Franschhoek Mountains, surrounded by water giving the illusion of a venue floating on water. La Roche Estate is a place of passion. Passion for beauty, passion for excellence, passion for the environment, and passion for a place that will continue to give pleasure through the ages.

Inspired by the stunning architecture of the venue, La Roche Estate put together a romantic, yet moody styled shoot with some of the industry's top service providers. Inspired by royal colours of deep burgundy, midnight blue, green and white, we're excited to share what this new venue has to offer.

Weddings at La Roche Estate

The La Roche Estate Santctuary is built on an island in the middle of a lake, with arched windows creating a view that looks upon the surrounding Franschhoek Mountains making this venue an ideal setting for a wedding ceremony or reception.

The meaning of a Sanctuary was extended to places of holiness or safety. A religious sanctuary may be a sacred place (such as a church, temple, synagogue or mosque), or a consecrated area of a church or temple around its tabernacle or altar. The Sanctuary on La Roche is open to all religions.
