Prior to Bride of the Year, we've had the privilege of dealing with Robyn, the cake genius behind Shake 'n Bake, a home-based bakery, specialising in artisan cakes to order.
Robyn's cakes are absolutely delicious and we knew that if there was one up and coming cake company we needed to get on board, it would be Shake 'n Bake. Each cake is hand crafted and finished off in its own special way, which adds a sense of uniqueness to each and every cake. We must add that Robyn created the most magnificent looking AND tasting cake for our Editor's wedding - an orange and almond masterpiece, which was perfectly presented as a blue and navy ombre cake with a chocolate drip, succulents and some gold detail.
For Bride of the Year, Robyn generously sponsored the most beautiful cupcakes in an array of delicious flavors: Berry, Oreo and Turkish Delight and Pistachio!

Corlandi Bezuidenhout, owner and curator, together with her genius pastry chef, Chloe Visser, will take your tastebuds on a trip through cake heaven. Not only are the cakes incredibly tasty, they're absolute beauties to feast your eyes on!
For Bride of the Year, this brilliant team offered a beautiful branded Blush Bakery cake stand filled with gorgeous cakes, popsicles, cake gems and cupcakes.
