Once you have tried on the sample gown in the showroom the stylist will then measure you and order you your gown. The dress will then take about two weeks to arrive if it's an in-stock dress or if it's made-to-order- it will take roughly 12 weeks. Not in Cape Town? Have no fear, White Runway have a very user friendly online store where you can order your dress online and they will then send it to you. They have a very easy returns policy, and will happily give you a full refund should you not like the dress or will exchange it for you if it doesn’t fit. Worried about paying duties? Don’t be!
