Set the date, find the venue, buy the white dress and then somewhere down the line wedding bells are ‘gonna chime’... We wish it was that easy and even if you’re no bride-zilla stresser, there are a whole bunch of items to tick off that list as we go. We have helped by reminding you of a few to consider as you begin your countdown to the best day of your life!
Make sure that the first items on your list, once you have your venue and date set, are sorting out the booking of your florist, musician, caterers and any other entertainment you may need to book far in advance. These professionals are all wedding-essentials and are always in demand hence the need to lay your claim as early on as you can. There are only 52 potential wedding weekends in a year after all, even if your day is the only date in your mind.
