Highberry is a boutique winery which has recently established a brand new bespoke function venue, located on the outskirts of Somerset West bordering some of the country’s finest wine farms.
The upmarket and private venue is surrounded by breath-taking vistas of mountains, lakes, horse paddocks, lush lawns and vineyards – making it difficult to beat.
The venue itself has been designed and styled to reflect a modern countryside barn, which boasts a very evident touch of sophistication and class – an ideal setting to celebrate that very big day.
Completed recently in 2018, the brand new Wedding and Function venue at Highberry Vineyards, presents the opportunity to to host intimate, exclusive and bespoke weddings on the private 60 hectare boutique winery.
With a seating capacity of up to 130 guests inside (including dance floor space), this rustic yet chic establishment resembles features of a premium modern countryside barn. With authentic and tasteful finishes all around, there is an evident tone of elegance and charm, making it the ideal venue for any special event.
In addition, the facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, a licensed bar, as well as several spacious lawns on which a marquee could be erected, or canapes and live music can be held. It also contains a more intimate utility area upstairs that may be used as an indoor chapel.
The venue’s location is surrounded by spectacular views of the farm’s vineyards, lawns, dams and horse paddocks, as well as the Hottentont Holland mountain range, which can be seen from the large covered patios.
