The Mosaic Wedding Company was founded by Cara Lee Mc Laughlin in 2011, wedding photographer turned wedding planner. Cara was a photographer for 4 years before moving into the planning side of things and helping brides and grooms create their dream wedding. Cara has a keen eye for detail and has worked with a lot of international couples who put all their trust in her to help plan their special day. She thinks it’s of the utmost importance that couples draw inspiration from other weddings they see online, but that their own wedding still reflects who they are as a couple.
