Cape Tents is a small but dynamic Bedouin tent rental company located in the northern suburbs of Cape Town, South Africa. Founded in 2013 by Riaan Geldenhuys and Andy Hawes, the company has grown into a reputable business and has established itself as a “key player” in the stretch tent rental market.
Our management team has a combined total of over 20 years in the events industry and is continuously striving to deliver excellent service combined with superior local products at competitive rates. Focusing mainly on “high-end” functions like weddings, gala dinners, cocktail parties and corporate events, Cape Tents also supply tents for festivals, various school activities, live music performances, sports events, slow markets and functions at private residences.
We can set up our Bedouin tents (also known as stretch tents) on different surfaces, in a variety of areas and in various ways all depending on the client’s needs. Our tents are of the highest standard ensuring they are waterproof, fire retardant & UV resistant.
Our products comply with South African fire standards and also have structural certification to comply with council regulation. This makes our tents safe for any kind of event, thus giving our clients total peace of mind when entrusting their event needs to us. Cape Tents also offer a full rigging service, a 24/7 standby service and free site inspections along with a variety of products to cater for your event needs.
