The most special thing about our magical wedding day was getting to celebrate with all of our loved ones under the same roof, many of whom travelled from far and wide to be there with us.
Yes, we went on the most wonderful honeymoon to Greece (Athens, Mykonos and Santorini) and Paris. Greece was one of Liam's 'bucket list' destinations and Paris was one of mine. We left for our honeymoon two days after our wedding day and it was an awesome way to continue the celebrations after the 'high' of the wedding.
My wedding look was elegant and regal. I wore a simple satin dress, with an overskirt, bow and a sparkly aliceband. My service providers were as follows:
Make up - Storm Pass Make Up;
Hair - Natalie Rennie;
Dress - Vonve & Luce Sposa (Designer); and
AliceBand - Wimsy Bridal.
We got married at Lace on Timber in Rayton, Pretoria. The wonderful coordinators at Lace on Timber ensured that everything went smoothly. The weather was also absolutely perfect that day - it was one of the first warm days indicating that Spring was on the way.
Our flowers and décor were done by Pebble and Lace (the in-house florist at Lace on Timber). The flowers were absolutely stunning - they were bright and bold, in varying shades of pink and orange.
We also had a neon sign of our surname made by Happinest Neon.
Our fairytale wedding day was captured by Kevin Mark Pass (photography) and Surika from JC Crafford Photo and Video (videography).
We are so grateful to have the most beautiful memories captured on photo and video for us to look back on throughout our lives.
