We were so fortunate to spend an entire weekend celebrating with our friends and family. Our unforgettable wedding weekend started off with a spitbraai on Friday evening, followed by the perfect Wedding day on Saturday, and ended off with a lovely breakfast on Sunday morning. It was so special having all of our guests with us for the entire weekend.
My favorite part of our wedding day was walking down the aisle with my father, feeling so much love from all our friends and family, and locking eyes with my soon-to-be husband.
Another highlight was the moment that we stepped out of the chapel and saw the most beautiful rainbow across the field where all of our guests were waiting to throw the confetti. We felt so blessed.
We went to Mauritius on our Honeymoon and absolutely loved it.
We stayed at The Canonnier Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa.

We got married in the Old Barn venue at De Uijlenes in Gansbaai, Western Cape.
The venue offers accommodation for 120 guests, thus all of our guests were able to stay at the venue for both Friday and Saturday evenings.
With two equally unique and different wedding venues on the farm to choose from and surrounded by glorious countryside, you will be blown away.
The venue provided tables, chairs, and all the basic cutlery and crockery so there was no need for extra rentals. Additional décor, flowers, and lighting were done by Nel and Christien Schrecker [@husband_wife_team]. They were absolutely amazing.
