I was going to a mystical fairy in the woods kinda of look. My dress was custom made with light pink Tulle and lace with a corset front and an invisible low back and a light pink veil.
My hair was made icy blonde with pink and purple balayage. It was pulled back in a messy braid with little curls framing my face.

I worn rose gold purple gamed dangle earrings and a white Gem ear cuff. My necklaces were a simple rose gold chain with a diamond and one with a rose in rememberance of my grandmother.

We got married at Diemmerfontein wine Estate in the garden area. We also had our reception there and we stayed the night. Many of our guests stayed over too.
I went to the gym everyday for 3 months prior to the wedding. I followed a strict detox eating plan. It consisted of a 16 hour fast every day and excluded sugar and refinded carbohydrates.
I underwent a series of ultra sound slimming treatments just to get rid of the muffin top.

My planner sorted out all of my decor which included hanging bottles with fairly lights (which I made) pink and red vases and candle with fynbos flower arrangements and nude Tulle runners.
My father's make our triangle wedding arch which held a fynbos flower arrangement. Down the isle was a triangle arches with hanging vases.
My groom and his Grooms men wore a black suit, shirt, waist coat and tie with black shoes and a red boutonnière

We had our own photo booth with an instant camera and a writing station so that guests could right a messy and hang it on the booth

I coordinated the entire day and my bridal party, our MC and the venue coordinator Celeste ensured everything ran smoothly

The food was prepared by diemmerfontein and was rated very highly by all the guests
The cake was made by Belinda Koen a local cake maker in Wellington. We requested an extra chocolately cake. It was decorated with black fondant and gold flaked with an adorable Totoro bride and groom made out of fondant by a family friend.
I designed and printed all stationary and designed a website as our invitation
We did 10 couples dance lessons
The lights and sound was all set up by my Grooms father
We opted to have a playlist on a laptop instead of a dj and I took great joy in maning the laptop and playing dj for a bit.
