When a couple decides on their wedding date, the pressure is on! High protein meals, lots of home made smoothies packed with nutrients to give that "feel good Glow" and energy all the time. When the wedding came, we felt amazing and confident.

I had a pedicure, massage, dermaplan facial with a chemical peel and treatment, it felt like heaven and my skin looked flawless for our big day.
