We had the perfect day. The weather was perfect and all our service providers were so helpful and did everything exactly as we hoped and planned. It was a fairytale weekend.
We went to Turkey in October 2022 for our honeymoon. We spent a few days in Cappadocia where we went on hot air balloon rides and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and history. Then we finished it off at the coast in Antalya. It was the most amazing experience.
The look was elegant and minimalistic. The dress was simple with a lace back and high neck. Shoes were also simple and I tried for comfort above all as you spend the whole day on your feet. The hair and makeup were amazing, with a classical updo and natural colors for makeup. Jewelry was borrowed and given by family members to make the day so much more memorable and special.

We got married in Mossel Bay, in the Saint Peters church. The reception was at the Cafe Gannet Restaurant. Guests stayed in the Protea Hotel by Marriott Mossel Bay.
Before the wedding, we went for facials, pedicures, and massages. I also got my lashes and eyebrows done.

The groom wore a custom-made suit from The Tux Tailor in the Garden Route Mall. The groomsmen wore suits from Markhams.

Our photographer and videographer were Karen van der Westhuizen from Escada Photography and videography. We did not have a photo booth but had Sandre from Rooibos photography for our Reception photos.
Wilma Moorcroft from SRT Functions helped us plan end execute the whole day

I designed the wedding stationery. Printing was done by Mossprint in Mossel Bay. Welcome board, table seating chart, and table numbers were done by Criore wedding and events in Krugersdorp.
Our first dance was a boogy-type dance. We had lessons from Vince Horne. Our sound and lighting were done by Shaza. Shaza was the DJ and live performer at the wedding. She also did the sound for the ceremony.
