The most magical moment was having my dad walk me down the aisle......and at that moment i seen my handsome husband crying at the alter. We also had a vintage theme and i am in love with the VW Combi....so we rented one for the special day to take us to the beach for some beautiful sunset beach photo's.
Yes we went to St. Francis in the Eastern Cape and stayed at the Sands a luxury suit. Our room was right on the beach with breath taking views
My wedding look was very elegant and natural. I used soft pinks and natural colours for my makeup. My makeup and hair was done by Karin Chen from " The Art of Make-up:who is based in George ( i would definitely recommend her to anyone who is having an event or wedding on the Garden Route). My jewelry were all borrowed from my mum and sisters. I bought my shoes Aldo but changed into an awesome bling takkie which i found at our local plaza based in Johannesburg.
My wedding venue was at Villa Castollini in Knysa. Wow the 5 star service from Carin and team made our day extra special. Most of my guests stayed at Villa Castollini. Stunning rooms with great views. The rest of the family stayed at Afrovibe in Sedgefield- i would also recommend them......brilliant just based across the road from the Beach.
I would recommend Vichy to sny bride wanting to get your face vibrant and looking younger before your big day.
The Decor was Flawless very vintage with loads of blush pink roses with a touch of Mint. They had the VW Combi theme right through the venue. We had an amazing sweet table. I can honestly say that the decor suited our fun personality. The decor company Wild at Heart Weddings based in Knysa rocked the look. Janet was on top of her game.
The Groomsmen wore a Gabriel Tan with brown braces and mint bow Tie. My husband wore a dusty olive green suit totally unique and different. The suits were purchased from the Oriental Plaza at Mr. Perfect.
My braidsmaids wore dusty pink drsses with a beautiful lace finish. My flower girl wore a mint funky dress with bling takkies.
Marriage officer was Bishop Donald Harker ( the grooms dad).
The guy of the moment was Colin Stephnson who is based in Sedgefield. He comes highly recommended along the Cape Garden Route.
