Just being able to share this special day with our loved ones was amazing.
It started to rain really hard about an hour before i had to walk down the aisle,so i got pretty nervous,
But about 15mins before i had to leave the Bridal room,it stopped & everything was absolutely perfect & beautiful.
It felt like a brand new start.
Walking down the aisle with my dad & just taking everything in was really amazing,
& seeing my soon to be husband at the end was the top highlight knowing we will be starting a beautiful new journey soon
We took a quick breakaway to the north coast,
But we will be traveling to Thailand for our official honeymoon soon!
I fell inlove with the Enzoani brand from the very start of our wedding planning,
So i knew for sure i wanted a gown from their range.
I was blessed to have my two sisters with me with my first fitting at Lady anne Bridal studios & found my dream dress on that day.
I fell inlove with a beautiful mermaid styled Elysee dress from the Enzoani range.
So it was a big YES TO THE DRESS moment.
For hair & make up i decided on a upstyle in order to see the beautiful details on my dress & i went for a bold make up look with red lips.
Our make up was done by Bianca from Bianca hair & make up Artistry.
She did such an amazing job with everyones make up & hair.
My shoes was a gorgeous see through with rhinestones - Definitely Cinderella Vibes!
Jewelry wise i kept it minimal with a lovely tennis bracelet from Pandora & earings from Lovisa.
We tied the knot at the beautiful Bell & Blossom located in Pretoria Montana.
This venue was our first viewing & we totally fell in love with everything.
It was absolutely perfect & exactly what we were looking for.
The Venue provided accommodation for 18 guests,
But it was well situated & there was loads of guesthouses in the area which accommodated our other guests.
There wasn't anything specific,
I just made sure i was eating healthy & drinking lots of water & taking good care of my skin.
We decided to go for a sleek & modern look with the colour theme being white,black & rose gold.
We had a Neon light from All things Wedding Sa,
Which looked so beautiful behind our main table.
Our Black tulle runners looked amazing with our rose gold decor & we decided on a Champagne Wall where our guests could help themselves to a refreshing drink in beautiful black Champagne glasses.
We had a photobooth where our guests could take unlimited photos & we requested that one strip to be placed in our guest book & for them to write a message for us.
This worked really well & it was so fun to go through everything the next day.
For flowers we did Garlands with roses & gyp.
We love a minimalistic look & this worked absolutely beautiful!
I love orchids,
So my bridal bouquet was just orchids which i absolutely loved.
Groom wore a black out Tuxedo & the Groomsmen wore a traditional Tuxedo which was rented from Euro Suites.
My bride tribe wore a sleek fitted black dress to fit in with our colour theme.
They all looked absolutely stunning!
Dresses were supplied by Shein & The Maiden
Margaux Cronje was our photographer for our special day,
From our engagement shoot it was such a pleasure walking the journey with her.
She's super talented & her work speaks for itself.
I cannot wait to see the rest of our special moments that she captured.
Our Videography team was Chandre & Kyle from The woods photography.
They did an amazing job & was really easy to work with.
We received our trailer which is so stunning!
I cannot wait to receive the rest & to look back at all the special moments.
Our venue provided us with a wedding coordinator for the day,
Bianca was an absolute gem & made sure everything was running on time & smoothly.
We were super grateful for her friendly & awesome service!
The bridal suite,chapel & reception was on one the same location,
Which made things super easy & comfortable for us
We had a 3 course meal which was prepared by the venue,
A lovely variety of Canapés was served after the service with fruit juice & champagne.
It was a variety of crostini with tasty toppings.
Our main meal included roast beef,lemon & herb chicken with a variety of starches & salads which was super yummy!
We received so many compliments on the food.
Our dessert was a traditional malva pudding with custard & our wedding cake.
Our wedding cake was a Naked 3 tier Vanilla which was delicious!
Our stationary was designed by Vetplantjie & sugabush studios,
Both suppliers were amazing to work with & made our vision a reality!
Our reception was in the beautiful Bell Reception,
It looked stunning when we entered - especially with the chandeliers & all the fairy lights.
We had lots of special moments during the evening & felt so loved by our friends & family.
We love dancing,
So we didn't take any dance lessons & i think we did pretty good with our first dance.
The speeches were definitely a highlight,
Especially when my husband speeched for me.
It was honestly beautiful!
Our venue provided a inhouse dj which kept our guests entertained & dancing the night away.
We had such fun with everyone on the dance floor.
It was the perfect way to end a beautiful day & to start a blessed new journey in our chapter.
