What made our day so special was that we were surrounded by our closest family and friends and they all thought they were just coming to celebrate with us for our engagement party, little did they know... We surprised them and got married there in the garden standing in the middle of everyone who means the world to us.
The energy in that space was electric and full of love and we partied the night away!
Due to COVID restrictions we were not able to go on the honeymoon of our dreams but we had a 3 day getaway at Umngazi River Bungalows and it was magical!
I designed my wedding dress with local designer, Bianca Warren. I knew I wanted something elegant but with a slight edge.

My shoes were clear perspex Steve Madden heels and they were comfiest shoes ever!
This is a very special one to us as we got married at our aunt and uncle;s beautiful family home, right there in the middle of the garden we got married, danced, drank and everyone was just altogether the whole evening. We personally spoke to every single one of our guests throughout the day/ night.

We have a very big family with tons of kids so I have always wanted a troop of kiddies walking down the aisle.
I told them I was going to treat them and buy their outfits for the engagement party and they were so excited!
I found every girl's dress from YDE and the smaller ones from Cotton On. I managed to find different styles all in the shades of pinks that were incorporated into our décor.

A company called Chef Lee catered our wedding and the food was spectacular!
My husband is luckily a designer so he designed all our invites and stationery.
