When I shared my first dance with my father as he hardly dances of late.
The one that really warmed heart was when my father in law danced during his speech, as that's how he expresses his happiness
Infact the whole wedding was memorable as I witnessed my family's joy
I got my wedding dress, gown, accessories and veil at Bride & Co
My look was morden rustic and my hair and make up were done by local business in my hometown
I got married at a very beautiful rustic venue based in Pretoria, @Venue Nouveau. My guest stayed @Kammafrans and we also slept in their honeymoon suite.
The only thing I did was to change my diet as I wanted to lose a bit of weight and I knew me changing my diet would also benefit my skin as I made it a point that I also drink a lot of water and went to the dentist
The Groom wore a tuxedo, black bowtie, white tuxedo shirt and black tuxedo shows and Groomsmen wore 3 piece suits with rose pink ties( to match the ladies )and white sneakers.
Mt bridesmaids wore rose/dusty pink dresses with Beige shoes
They bought their dresses at Oriental Plaza and jewelery and shoes at different retail shops
My marriage officer was my pastor, pastor O.J Molobela
Mr Lood Goosen photography did an outstanding job one of South Africa's best I've got to say myself.
I could have not asked for more, they did an excellent job and are very friendly and put one at ease
I had the option of using the photo booth but I didn't take that option.
The nice thing about the venue I picked is that they provided one, it was like a one stop shop...they did almost everything for me
Since everything was done at the venue my guests and myself used our own cars as we saw no need to hire out cars...
The wedding venue did and their food is so delicious, they did am outstanding job. Compliments to thir stuff what amazing people they are.
My husband and I printed our own stationary. We bought our stationary at PNA
We had a dance routine with the bridesmaids and groomsmen, we know how to dance so it wasn't that difficult to come up with a routine.
For the other dances like our first dance and father daughter dance we freestyled and should I say what a blast we had.
The venue provided us with their own DJ
