The most beautiful memory is the moment I got to church and caught my husbands's eye. It felt that I could see his broad smile behind the mask and also the glaze in his eyes of happiness and overwhelmness. It was also a litte emotional because I didn't have my Mother along my side neither did my Husband have his Dad, but they were their in spirit and was our guardian angels who made the day realize to be magical and unforgettable.
We went away for a few days to The Blaauwberg Beach Hotel in Bloubergstrand, Western Cape. This was a wedding gift from my Aunt.
My hair was upstyled in a loosy bun with drop earrings which I bought a few years ago at Leru. My make-up had a natural look because I am not really a make-up person so I asked to look as natural as possible. My Wedding dress was a boob tube (off shoulder) design from Virginia Rebecca Ingram Ivory Blush color which I bought at Ever After Bridal shop in Durbanville. The glitter in the dress just gave the WOW effect and made me feel magical in my glitter gown.
We got married in Paarl. Our Venue we cancelled on last minute due to the fact that too many guest contracted Covid-19 or was in isolation at the time. So we were forced to move the Venue to my sister in-law's house and we also had to limit our guest to the closest Family and Friends. It was not our ideal Wedding but it end up to be exactly what we wanted, the intimacy and free-will and spirit vibe.
My matron of honour and I stayed at the BEAUTIFUL Perle-Du-Cap in Paarl. Wow, the view is breathtaking and the service is exceptional. We just stayed the night and had breakfast the next morning before the Wedding rituals started.
There was not much decor because we had to change the venue on last minute.. But it was plain and simple. There was at least the same tablecloths on the table with beautirful cutlery and crockery.
The Groom wore a camel suit which he hired at Suit Hire in Paarl. Nothing fancy, cause that's my husband. Neat and tidy is all that matters to him.
My breidesmaid (witness) wore a stunning matching set from Zara, mustard color to compliment my Ivroy Weddign Gown and my Husbands camel suit.
Our Marriage Officer was Reverent Yolanda Fortuin. A childhood neighbour from my Husband.
Our stunning photos was captured by Noel Teba from TNL Photography

We were chauffeured in the latest Mercedes Benz C180 from one of our guests.
Our scrumptious food was prepared by Bruce Nolan. The best steak I had. I am not a steak person, but it was delicious. The veggies was perfectly prepared and the sauce was to die for. Everythig was just yummy and succelent and well prepared.
I did my own invitations because it was send a soft copy..
We have a Dj in the family so he was not only a guest but he filled his place well as the DJ too.
