Marrying my best friend was the most magical day. Having our loved ones with us, especially in these difficult and uncertain times, made it extra special. I loved every single moment, and will forever treasure the memories.
We went to Sudwala Caves in Nelspruit
I tried to stay as true to myself as possible, staying natural with my makeup (done by the talented Carol-Anne FROM C.C. Lash, brow and makeup artist) and hair. My hairdresser (Erika from Eurika's Hair in Boksburg) described my hair as 'sun-kissed blonde' and that the baby's breath made me look like an Earth Child. My dress, rented from Be Dazzled (In Boksburg) was a beautiful white dress that hugged my body in all the right places. My shoes were rose gold, as was my earrings.
The most beautiful, intimate boutique wedding venue In Heidelberg called Forevermore Moments.
My skin was looked after by Neeta from NATURAL Attraction in Johannesburg South. She did Meso Facials for me and ensured my brows were perfect for the big day.
Illze took care of all the Decor. I kept with a natural, Africa feel. Protea, succulents and wooden decor gave the day the perfect natural, down to earth feel.
The groomsmen wore brown slacks with white shirts, brown bow ties and shoes. The groom wore the same, but instead of suspenders he wore a tie and waistcoat. They bought their clothes at local stores like Edgars
My bridesmaids wore beautiful floral dresses designed and made by Dazel from Be Dazzled

A lovely couple did an amazing job of capturing my day. Elkan Butler and his wife used the scenery and the rain to take fairytale photos

The ceremony and reception was at the same place.
My mother's talented cousin, Gerrie Visage, made a stunning cake. The food was catered by the venue
