We had the most beautiful day. Everything that we have been planning for months fell perfectly into place. The weather played along with the slightest breeze to help with the heat. The venue has tame zebras that roams between the guests. This was one of the selling points for us when we were searching for our picture perfect venue. One of my highlights was when my eyes locked with my soon to be husband's as I came down the isle. I was overwhelmed by the fact that I can't wait to start my life with this man that I prayed for. The rest of the ceremony was blessed and when we said our vows - wow! We were so blessed to have all our family and friends there to bear witness to our marriage. The food was delicious! Memories were made as we danced the night away!
We had such a memorable holiday! My husband planned the most amazing road trip to Struisbaai. On our way there we slept over at Gariep dam and Oudtshorn where we visited all the tourist spots. Further to our memories we visited the Congo caves and a wine estate. A highlight for us was a stayover on a 400 year old wine estate in Tullbagh. The beauty and calm, quiet surroundings are embedded in our minds forever. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, I was surprised with a stay in the 12 Apostles hotel in Cape Town. We were treated like royalty while enjoying luxury and relaxation in their spa. And who can visit Cape Town without an amazing trip up Table Mountain! The scene surrounding was so special as we traveled through the clouds from thr bottom to clear skies at the top. We were on cloud 9! Such an amazing experience. Then at last we traveled to Struisbaai, sea view and the most amazing travel partner ever! We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere after planning our perfect wedding day. Memories were made to last a lifetime! Looking forward to making many more.
I had the most beautiful wedding dress! Lace straps over the shoulder and a corset with lace and sequence down to my middle where it then went out into a ballgown with a beautiful 2m train. The lace on the dress is out of this world as I have not seen it anywhere else. The sequence brought everything together. I truly felt like a princess with my hair in soft curls and natural make-up. My accessories was big earings, and a watch.

We got married at the stunning rustic Stable View Venue. Some of the guest stayed at the venue and others stayed at accommodations in the surrounding area.
My decor was classic modern, complimented with books and teacups. The flowers were minimal in burgandy and navy done by HADA events
My husband wore a navy suit and a grey waistcoat paired with a brown leather belt and Veldskoen vellies. His groomsmen wore the same waistcoat with grey pants from Woolies and their own brown accessories
