Where to even begin... Everything was perfect! From the weather to the decor, to the hair and makeup artist and the entire wedding team - Our day was more than we could have ever asked for!
My most memorable moment was when both of us became emotional when sharing our vows - nothing seems so intimate and pure as declaring your love and devotion towards one another.
The highlight of my special day was getting in a beach buggy from our water villa to walking down the aisle with my dearest father and then meeting my 'husband to be' at the most perfect spot on the beach.
Yes - we celebrated our wedding and honeymoon in the beautiful Maldives.

Yes, our guests (Groom and bride's parents) stayed at the resort with us.
I have always lived a healthy and active lifestyle, however, 4 months prior to the wedding I trained more intensely and followed a clean diet provided by my husband who is a personal trainer. My husband and I were also fortunate enough to have our teeth whitened by Dr PLR Louw - Specialized Dental Centre. I also had a brow lamination and lash lift done by Sarita's Makeup Artistry (highly recommended to any bride especially when going on honeymoon)
The Seven's Maldives Agency was our wedding planner.
The look we were after was EVERYTHING WHITE.
Our arch was made with white draping and covered in white roses and orchids.
We also had white hanging floral isle stands that created our walkway to the altar
The groom wore a blue suit, with a white-collar shirt, a blue tie, and brown shoes.
Ali from the Maldives was our wedding photographer.
