Walking down the isle In a Downtown Gown with my Father and seeing my life partner awaiting to take my hand.. Us exchanging our vows In addition to the standard ones..Beautiful moments spent with the bridal party and groomsmen at the venue before the matrimonial ceremony, priceless.
No, not yet..
Tuscan Rose , Bloemfontein. I fell in love with the venue the very first time I saw it and had to persuade my husband that we host our wedding there as we had already picked a different venue… Tuscan Rose was the ultimate for me, something about its Aura stuck with me…With enough persuasion my HUSBAND was in and all was history….
Nothing out of the usual..I was already elated and that simply carried me through… The build up to the day was such an emotional period for me ( in a happy way) as I saw God showing up in so many aspects during the build up … I guess that simply did the trick …Tears would stream down my face even while laughing…
The beautiful setting was arranged by venue..My beautiful bouquet was arranged The Pottingshed from Bloemfontein…
Groom , looked dashing in his black Tux from Dufy and complimented by his Groomsmen who looked ravishing in their black tuxedos..Having them by his side simply perfected the occasion.
The beautiful ladies wore Emerald Green off the shoulder dresses, designed by Legendary Afro in Pretoria..
Out Union was sealed by Pastor Ntonto and Esmeralda Nyedimane from Christian Revival Church - Bloemfontein. CRC has created a platform for us to know our Lord and saviour better over the years and was just a blessing to have the Church play the role it did in solidifying our Union. God has been and continues to be at the centre of our relationship and this remains a pivotal aspect that we don’t take for granted
Anneska from Mudboots Photography and Film was recommended by Tuscan Rose and we are totally over the moon with how she captured our day.. Her unique style of work speaks for itself and how she gelled in with the moment was so amazing, she captured every aspect to more than what we expected. The moments remain with us vividly so… She outdid herself..
No, we planned the day ourselves with the assistance of Tuscan Rose.
Food was prepared by Tuscan Rose, we met with the venue owner for finalisation of the menu and she outdid herself in the quality of food presented to our guests, simply out of this world.
Cake by Cakes for Brides, simply summed up the meaning of the occasion with cake, simplicity and elegance.
We designed the guest list ourselves and made use Signo (Bloemfontein) for printing
The Message book was purchased at CUM Books
No dance lessons were taken, we had a DJ on site for the reception. The beautiful song we chose for our first dance spoke to our relationship and it brought so much meaning in bringing the message of what we are about across. We asked that friends join us on the dance floor and share In the experience which was so beautiful.
