The Best Day in our Life's!
Where to Start, we had our Up's and Downs, but we made the most of every moment and took it all in. The Day goes by so quickly it's difficult to share the best moments because all of them was unforgettable and this is a day I would do repeatedly.
Our highlights & memorable moments will be the with our Family and Friends, that made our day so special and the most exciting part when we said I Do. The First Kiss and Dance as Husband and Wife
Yes, we went to Cape Town.
We felt so happy and thankful that we had a Honeymoon of 2 Beautiful weeks.
For the first week we stayed at Strand Pavillion Hotel, our Friends gave this is a Wedding Gift.
For 2 Days we stayed at Waterfront, afterwards we stayed in Blouberg Strand till it was time to go home, a Honeymoon I would like to have again.
I always had this picture in my head of how my hair, makeup, Wedding dress, jewelry just how everything will look on our big day, and it's never how you imagined because you just have this picture in your head and I think you imagine it to be too perfect, but I was very happy with everything.

Make-Up - This lady is just amazing, she just goes with what she thinks will look stunning @ Zola Masemula
Wedding Dress - I have tried on a few dresses and just didn't feel like I was suppose to until I tried on this White Mermaid Dress it was very different of what I always thought I will get married in @ Bride & Co
Shoes - Went with a very low hill to be safe, closed toes with a lot of bling @ Flee Market
Lingerie - This was a struggle so decided to try online @ Shein
Jewallery - Very minimal and simple @ Lovisa
We got married at Savannah Game Reserve and River Retreat in Parys
The venue did have Tent Houses and Chalets were our guests stayed overnight we did have a weekend wedding, a lot of our other guests stayed at other venues outside Savannah, The Dell, Breathe, Willow Banks, Casa Cara, etc.
Health & Fitness - March 2021 I started with Tae-bo best thing I could ever do I did lose a few kilos in just a few months and I'm still continuing @ Tae-Bo Gurus
Skin - I did not really have a different routine just followed my same routine, this might sound funny but I only use Sanex Zero % Shower Gel as a Face Wash, Rose Water as my Toner and Johnsons Baby Lotion as my Face Cream and once a week I Scrub
Teeth - I use Charcoal tooth paste twice a week, and just normal Colgate the rest of the time
Spa - The day before our wedding we booked a massage @ Willow Banks that was so relaxing
Our Décor where very minimum the less the better, we had wooden rectangle tables and chairs, on the tables we had a Navy blue center peace of leaves with burgundy flowers and two candle holders on each table with a rustic table number
Pinkish / Rose gold Underplates, Rose Gold cutlery and burgundy cloths with a leavy tie.
Most of our flowers were leaves wanted a Rustic, outdoor wedding vibe.

So in the beginning I saw a picture with a white top and Burgundy under half for the bridesmaids, we had them made but was not what we and I pictured, was still very pretty, so we decided to find a different pattern, color and shape.
The dresses was made by a lady in Springs that did an amazing job the dresses was perfect.
I got my Bridesmaids a Knot Bracelet with each of their initials in Rose Gold @ Bee's Closet and Rose Gold earrings @ Lovisa each Bridesmaid bought their own shoes at different shops.

Both our Photographer and Videographer were amazing.
Our Photographer is a close friend that did our Engagement shoot as well, how we decided on our Videographer was from friends and his work is also just stunning.
We did not have a photo booth we took pictures at our table with each table, also had one big group photo of the whole family at the Bridge.

Helen from Savannah Game Reserve and River Retreat transported myself, bridesmaids and moms to the Capel at the venue with a bus.

Starters - The Guest had Canapes and Gin
Main Course - 3 Meats ( Pork, Chicken, Beef), vegetables ( pumpkin fritters, Mixed vegetables with a white cheese sauce and green beans) with Rice, sauce, buns etc.
Desert - Of Course our Wedding Cake (Doughnuts) and Malva Pudding and Custard
Wedding Cake - Gebak met Liefde

WOW would be the perfect word to describe the Reception it was just how we wanted it everything was how we asked it to be and this is a thank you to Fabu-Leux Wedding, Conference & Function Venue ( Hannes & Mari)
We did take Dance Lessons - Nicole's School of Dancing ( Mignonette) but at the time of our dance we just changed the moves :)
