What a wonderful day we had. We have been waiting for it for so long but it happened at last. I have to say my highlight of my wedding must most definitely be seeing my husband standing in front of the aisle with tears in his eyes as he waits for me to walk down the aisle. When I look back to my wedding day I most definitely remember having everyone I love even though some joined in on Zoom, there with us to celebrate this day with us.
Unfortunately due to the lockdown restrictions, we were unable to go on honeymoon but we are planning on going early January 2021.
I had the most beautiful blush dress called Grace from Bridal House in Waterkloof, Pretoria. My hair and makeup were done by Composure hair and makeup artistry. I wanted something that looked natural but with a bit of a smokey eye vibe. My hair was curled and put in a beautiful upstyle look. The shoes I wore were a beautiful small sparkling silver heal paired with a beautiful bracelet and hanging earrings.

The wedding was held at Dunkheld Country Estate in Dullstroom, Mpumalanga. Most of our guests stayed on Dunkheld and made a whole weekend of it.
The only bridal regime I did was to visit Skin PHD Lynnwood to get my nails and feet done.
We wanted something plain but beautiful. The tables were set up with beautiful brown wooden lanterns on wooden rings. Around the rings were some greenery with a few pieces of babies breath flowers. Small candles in small glass holders were also used on the table to bring some light to the table. The most important table was the main table were only myself and my husband sat. On each side of the tabletop were big beautiful white lanterns on wooden rings. Between the lanterns were a black candle stand with 5 small candles and the very important Mr. & Mrs. sign. Some greenery was also put on with beautiful white flowers. All the decor were hired from Accolades Decor in Waterkloof, Pretoria.
The groom wore a stunning navy blue suit with some colourful socks and brown shoes. The navy suit was accompanied by a beautiful light brown leather bow tie and belt. The suite was rented from EuroSuit Parkview, Pretoria. The 3 groomsmen wore navy blue pants with brown shoes and colourful socks. Their outfit was also accompanied by a brown bow tie and belt. The groomsmen got most of their attire from Woolworths.
The three bridesmaids wore a beautiful custom made red dresses with heals. These beautiful dresses were made by Monique's Beaty Boutique in Olympus, Pretoria.
