It is really hard to point out all the highlights and memorable moments as the entire day was just magical and I got to feel like the princess. I think the moment that that sticks with me most is when I came down the isle and I was only focused on my groom and the entire world was spinning around us but we only had eyes for each other.
Yes wed did go on Honeymoon. We went to beautiful Zanzibar with it's idyllic beaches and sky blue water. We stayed at the 5 star, all-inclusive resort for adults only - Riu Palace. It was a wonderful few days enjoying each other's company and relaxing with cocktails at the pool and going for swims in the crystal clear bluest water at the beach.
My wedding dress was a very elegant and princess type of look at the same time giving a sexy feel to it with a illusion style bodice. My hair was done in a romantic way, i wanted to show off my long blonde hair but also wanted it to hang in special way.

I've always been quite an active person and keep my lifestyle healthy and balanced. I didn't change much before the wedding, I only did even more cardio a month before the wedding and the last week before the wedding I did not do any weight training, I only believed in cardio and water slim pills for a lean physique.
I did take some tablets to clear up my skin but started this a few months before the wedding. I also did microdermbrasion facials each month leading to the wedding.
I went to the sunbed as I didn't want to use a spray on tan for my wedding.
My entire wedding theme was Kate Spade inspired. This is a luxury brand in New York and is know by ithe bright pink and purple colors contrasted with green. I decided to have black&white stripe table cloths and the main table with sequined glitter gold and all the tables had different pink and purple flowers. Candles were gold and pink.
I wanted the chapel to have a pure feeling and had a green garland draping with white flowers on the isle chairs.
The groom wore a custom made black suit, brown belt and shoes while the groomsmen also wore black suits they had bow ties instead. The groomsmen hired their suits individually.
My bridesmaids wore bright pink infinity dresses with a chiffon one-shoulder piece. The color was really striking and stood out. They each had white flower bouquets.
The dresses were made by The Maiden in Centurion.
Our Pastor was my Aunt, whom is my mom's cousin. It was really special to have her marry us.

No, I planned the wedding myself. I did have a wedding coordinator for the day of the wedding so everything could run smoothly. Shepstone Gardens have in-house coordinators.

Taste Explosion did the catering for my wedding.
We did canapes during the photo session which was also served as a starter. Then we had a delicious buffet style main course and dessert.
The cake was done by Sweet Cheeks Cakery. It was a red velvet cake and cream cheese frosting done in ombre pink and fresh flowers decorated the cake.
My invitation was done as website which I created myself and at the wedding I had news papers printed for each couple with all the details of the wedding, including the menu. This was done by Invite Designs
Our DJ was Henk Kotze fro Zoom Dj's.
We did take dancing lessons to make our dance extra special.
