I think definately waking up on my wedding day and feeling that feeling of" yes I am getting married today" and seeing my now husband for the first time.
We did. We went to Zanzibar
I wanted to go for a very classic, simple look. Very princess like even had a tiara on. My lingerie was also very classic. Pretty and simple.
We got married at St George's conference centre, Pretoria.
So I didn't do much of that to be honest. Only the standard nails, hair and lots of waxing. And tried to keep fit. Training as often and as much as possible
My entire set up was done by unusual designs. I wanted a white and silver colour scheme. With lots of white flowers and subtle blue lighting. The entire idea was to be elegant but simple.
So the groom and groomsmen had bought the entirety of their outfits from Zara. The groom wore a black Tux and the groomsmen wore dark grey suits. With black ties to compliment the groom
The bridesmaids wore sliver and soft pink dresses and had their outfits bought at YDE. A simple inexpensive yet stunning look.
We did not have one
We had an amazing photographer. Noble Media Solutions who took all of our pictures and moments. We did not have a photo booth but rather a lounge set up for pictures.
Nope I did everything myself..
Myself, my bridesmaid and the mother of the bride all arrived at the venue in a Limo
Unusual functions did not only the decor but the food and desserts and wedding cake
I designed all my own stationary and had it printed at various local printing places
We had a DJ and again the sound and lighting were done by unusual functions. We did not have a first dance though.
