Coming from a very family orientated background. The most memorable moment of my day was waking up the morning of my wedding day and walking to my parents room and my dad embracing me with the biggest hug.

Yes, we left on the 2nd of February for a beautiful 10 day honeymoon in Bali.
Wedding look : Was a fusion of whimsical and Vintage. This went with the theme of the wedding.
The Dress : A full lace Mermaid with beaded peal back detail and a statement train. This was from Bride and Co in the Viola Chan collection. The pearl and lace detail complimented the whimsical/vintage theme.
Hair and Make-up : My make up was done by Bella su make up specialists. They traveled to my venue and did a remarkable job. For I went for a smokey eye with a glitter liner. And a punchy red lip for that vintage look.
My hair was curled in to a loose side bun with loose hair locks which framed my face. My hair had a pearl jewel comb that was at the back of my hair.
My jewelry : I had a pearl bracelet which was my grandmother's. This was to compliment the pearl detail at the back of my dress. I went with a pearl choker chain and pearl drop earrings.
The theme of vintage whimsical was very strong accross the decor and flowers.
Our colours were Navy, wine red and champagne with hints of peach.
The flowers: was a combination of pink and red roses with navy thistles, dragon snaps, Penny gum, Gerbera, pampas grass and sea holly.
Button Holes for the groom and groomsmen : Red roses with thistles.
Brides maids : red protea flowers in the center with penny gum and roses.
Bridal bouquet : My flowers had roses both red and pink
Decor : In the chapel. My career in the graphic design helped me convey my ideal vision of my big day allowing me to model the church and design the decor in Cinema 4D. This was then given to my Decor Service provider Exquisite Decor and Souvenirs and they did a fantastic job bringing my vision to life.
My decor in the stone chapel had an alternation of candles and flower stands all the way down the isle which lead right to the podium where we said our vows. We had two big flower arches at the front of the chapel.
I had 3 bridesmaids and one maid of honour. They wore a soft mesh infinity dress which was wine red in colour.

With a career in Graphic Design I took on the initiative to design my own wedding cards and got them laser cut on wood.
