This day was the day I dreamed about since I was a little girl. It all started when the wedding march began to play. It felt like it was only just a dream until I realized this is now the reality. I stand here next to my father and realize how big this day is, a whole new chapter that lay ahead for me now, when the doors of the church opened, I couldn't keep my eyes off my future husband. I feel my dad squeeze my hand tighter and I saw tears in his eyes. he give his daughter away after 24 years. Just to think how hard it must be. The most breathtaking feeling was when my future husband shook my father's hand and thanked him for this honor this is the feeling I will never forget in my life
Yes, we decided to do something that none of us had done before. We decided to go on a cruise ship. We went on the Msc Orchestra and spend two days on the island. We enjoyed ourself with cocktails and R & R's. This was something the two of us have always wanted to do. It was unforgettable. I will do it anytime again as long as it is with my husband we have built so many memories together on that honeymoon trip. I can't wait to build some more memories with him.
I'm a real farm girl. So I went for a country style. my dress was made of lace and had a long train at the back. My hair was done by Samantha at SH hair creations. She also went with the country look with loose curly hair. My makeup was very natural and was done by Leandri at The make up studio. I don't wear heels and my mom decided to designed my own flat shoes with her creativity
I'm honored to say my dad built our own venue where we got married. The venue is situated in Cullinan, a small diamond town. He buildt it on our farm The venue's name is Weerbegin bosboma. That's where love stories begin. What more could one ask for nature, bomb fire and good country music. Our guests also spent the night on our farm.
I went to the dentist to go under major procedure to have the perfect smile for my big day. The Smile connection in Lynnwood made me a stronger person and definitely more beautiful. I was so happy to be able to have a perfect smile on my wedding day and now I can look at my photos with joy in my heart.
It was a fairy tale story. Everything was perfect. Fairy lights, flags and proteas wat could you ask for more. I went with the color scheme rose gold, pink and khaki. It was an open air wedding everything was outside under the stars. I was happy because my uncle and my sister did all my decor that day. If there was something they want to buildt my dad was the number one guy to ask. My mom also made so many things herself. I was one lucky bride with a good team behind her.
