Yes!!! We stayed in the area and had wonderful adventures, Zipline, long beach walks, visited animal sanctuaries and had the most amazing sunset picnic on one of the wine farms.

Took some time but I found MY dress.i found my dress at Whimsical bridal shop in somerset Cape town my super comfy shoes I got at Forever New, trust me when I say they did not let me down after walking thought the forestry areas. A friend assisted with my hair and makeup and wow I was so pleased with the results.
We got married at "the one" heaven and earth in the hemel en aarde valley close to Hermanus town. Some guests stays at spookfontein wine farm and others drove back to Hermanus where they spent their holiday

My bridesmaids and I just got dollied at home, we used an amazing honey and oatmeal home made face mask and some activated charcoal for teeth whitening. Sorbet was my nail go to as always they're the best.
Our venue did everything roses and leafs with rose gold and dusty pink overlays and runners we had an amazing outdoor bomome with a fire pit. Amazing fairy lights with just the right touch of magic. We decided on three long tables and a buffet to the table theme. Our decor had to be elevated to make space for food but it was done so beautiful I could not fault anything The one did.
The groomsmen all wore Chino's with white shirts,bowties and a pair of happy socks. These were all purchased at woolworths_hmmmm I do love woolies. The groom and my now handsome husband wore a blue suit with a white shirt and a brown leather tie. Now to mentionwe didn't spend thousands but we found this sexy suit at N1 city mall at the local indian tailor.
The nightmare before your wedding was my bridesmaids dresses. We had a girl in Johannesburg make these dresses after seeing her add on facebook. This was a disaster but thanks to my amazing sister and her ironing and pleading skills the girls looked fabulous in a long blush pink wrap dress. All had half up and half down hair with beautiful rose gold shoes.
Our marriage officer was our local pastor and his name is my secret....
