Starting with getting ready and spending quality time with the girls and mom to walking down the isle and seeing my handsome husband standing with the biggest smile possible was truly the highlights of the morning and afternoon. And ending it with our dance and evening shoot. We were so blessed to have everyone we loved there.
The beat honeymoon was planned by my hubby. We started with 3 nights at Lion Sands. Traveled through the Kruger National Park and went to Simbavati for another 2 lovely and romantic evenings. On our way hom we went to God’s Window and had lunch ins Graskop. Would go do all of that all over again.
I had a beautiful custom white and black wedding dress made by Wilma du Plessis. The theme of the wedding was old Alice in Wonderland (black and white) with touches of red. Luzanne from Luzanne’s Hair Design had absolutely magic fingers when it came to the classic hair and make up and all was finished off with my mom’s tiara she wore 32 years ago when she married my dad.
We got married at the lovely Moon and Sixpence. Most of our guest slept at the venue and others around in B and B’s next to Moon and Sixpence
