Yes!
We flew off to Mossel Bay. What an amazing Honeymoon we spent in a family apartment in Reebok area.
We’ve done a Road trip to Knysna and did some Gin tasting at “Knysna Distillery” & went to the breathtaking “Knysna Heads Viewpoint” along the Garden Route. Next day we went to “Salt & Copper” - Bayview and did a Gin paring with assorted sorbets...(very very nice)
followed by “Boplaas” Gin tasting. (Yes we have tasted lots of Western Cape Botanical Gin- absolutely worth a bottle or two to take home!!!)
Our best honeymoon day was at “Botlierskop” - Klein Brak for a Sundowners Day Safari...we had some cocktails and a dip in the pool before we went on an amazing safari trip, enjoyed close encounters with rooibokke, Black Impala, Rhinos, Lions, Elephants, Giraffe, Black Wildebeest, Mountain Zebras & Hippos)
To end our Honeymoon...we had a lovely “La Vita Spa” day at the famous “Pinnacle Point” - Mossel Bay where we spoiled ourselves with a back & foot massage followed by a Jacuzzi soak-off and a relaxing indoor swimming pool. Absolutely the perfect way to end an amazing Honeymoon!!
Western Cape will definitely see us again because of the people, nature, not to mention the restaurants we visited for their good food, great vibe and service.
