The highlight of my wedding was seeing my father walk me to my husband, he was so proud and emotional.
Yes we did, we went to Zanzibar.
Our wedding was a Modern traditional Xhosa wedding. I wanted the body hugging dress with a touch of Xhosa with the bead work and the black lines at the bottom. I am a simple girl so I ordered the wig I wore online and got a make up artist do do my make up and for my bides maids. Shoes I bought from Zando in May this year, the earing I wore were from Woolworths. The lingerie was also from Woolworths.

I did not do anything out of my normal beauty routine.
I wanted the rustic wedding look and my decor lady outdid herself . I wanted wooden tables with wooden chairs, lanterns and a lot of greenery. The table runners were sackcloth with lace trimmings.

Our Marriage Officer was Pastor Sibusiso Khoza from Queenstown but he had something urgent to attend to in George so Pastor Khaya Sodlala officiated our wedding.
The person that captured our beautiful day is Enoch Khoza and his crew, the company name is Langoota photography. They did the photography and the videography. What we loved about our photographer is that we could communicate with him about all our worries and fears and he would reassure us and make suggestions. For our engagement photo shoot he came to Pretoria and he is based in Queenstown. His work is clean and he pays attention to details.
