We had so many precious moments. My husband proposed to me in Mozambique by a very specific rock on the beach. (We named it George haha). We decided to get Married In Mozambique after our court wedding in Kimberley. We took our family and friends on a unforgettable adventure! It was a diy wedding ceremony. My bridesmaids and the groomsmen helped with the Arch, wreathes, music, photos and the locals were more than willing to lend a helping hand as well!
Highlights:
Waking up and peering through the curtain to find the perfect weather for my day.
Seeing my husband all teary eyed when he saw me and hearing him say his vows.
Loved doing the father daughter dance with my brother to my dad's favourite song(He passed on)
Having all my friends, kids and 2 moms with us.
We have four beautiful children yours, mine and ours. Work, family ...maybe in the future we will be able to afford a quick flight to Mauritius!!!
I went for a Boho Natural Beach look.
My hair was done by Done By Wilne in Kimberley. Used Strands of Love Extensions to give length and volume. A crown for a princess feeling...Deanne and Melissa(great mates) did a wonderful job on the day, blowing my hair and then braiding my sides.
My Nails were done by Gerda at Renew Beauty clinic. I was wearing mac make up which my bridesmaid, Melissa applied. My perfume was Gucci Bloom...
My dress was made by Melissa Frances and I had lace toe booties. My dress was a 2 piece..for the ceremony I wore the trail with lace and later on for the reception I removed the skirt attachment after the garter removal!
We got married in Mozambique - Ponto Du Or.
Reception was at Pintos Beach bar which we could decorate. My Maid of Honor did the tables and the owner of the beach made my guests food and his Dj played our music. The Music was compiled by Gary Van Wyk, one of the groomsmen. He jotted down all our favorite songs.
My guests stayed over in the Mar e Sol Resort.
I used Nuskin! The insta glow for my tan. It gave me a beautiful healthy shimmer.
I washed my face using the lumi spa device. I whitened my teeth with the nuskin toothpaste.
I soaked my face in the body shops vitamin E serum for tired skin.

The groomsmen wore beige Chinos (rolled up at the bottom) with crisp white shirts and beige suspenders. Tophats to finish off look
