There is actually no moment that stood out more than the rest as it was all so perfect to us. All the moments was exactly as we planned but if I need to point one out it was the moment the pastor joined us together and they called us Mr. and Mrs. Van Tonder for the first time.
We went to Spain (Barcelona), and we got on the Norwegain Epic Cruise, we saw Italy and France and then we went to Zanzibar and Cape Town, it was sooooo much fun to travel the world as newly weds!
I love lace so I went for a soft and lacy dress with an partially open back, straight down, I opt for being comfortable as I know my hubby like to dance and make turns with me on the dancefloor.I bought my dress from Love and Lace, jewellery was bought @ Lovisa and my shoes was a plain nude sandal heel from Utopia bought online from Zando, my hair and make up was done by Divine Grace Bridal.
We got married at Fatherland Estate in Brits. It is like a farm vibe with some horses and lots of greenery with the cutest chapel and reception area which was all within walking distance from each other so the guests had no where to they could chill and enjoy the day with us. A lot of the guests slept over at the venue and some around the venue at places such as Dikhololo which was down the road.
All my decor and flowers was done by the lovely host at my venue she did the flowers a which was vintage with proteas her and there, our lighthing was rented in by Sound Motion Professionals which is a well known company in Rustenburg, they have hosted Piekfyn Festival and many more.
Hubby got himself a navy number from Bride & Co, with a burgundy tie, his shoes and shirt was from the famous Old Khaki store (his favourite obviously), the groomsmen had a white shirt with navy pants and a wooden bow tie that was a well done DIY project we did ourselves.
We got married through our church which is His Vision Rustenburg and our pastor was the lovely Ps. Janita Blignaut.
We had the privilege to have August Photography that captured each and every special moment of our wedding, they did our photobooth which was an awesome mobile self timer booth which made everything so much fun.
We had our venue hostess who planned the most of our weddinh she did EVERYTHING for us and more she really went out of her way to make everything perfect for us.
