The highlight of the day was when I walked down the aisle, looked at Jarryd and he just smiled at me.
The most memorable moment was when we exchanged vows, there was something so special that we shared at that time.
That was definitely the best day of my life!
We are still planning our honeymoon.
I had my wedding dress made by Amanda Paul's.
I had my hair in an upstyle, done by Melody from Salon Pamela.
Once my hair was done, I went to the mall to get my make up done at Mac Cosmetics.
My shoes were silver- peep toe ( they were very comfortable)
I had pretty silver earrings from Ann Klein.
Jarryd and I got married at the St. Francis Catholic church in Richards Bay. We then had a late lunch at my parents place afterwards.
Some guests did stay the night, at my mum's place in Birdswood. Everyone left the next morning.
I am a Beauty Therapist, so I treated my skin myself.
I did four mini facials-leading up to my wedding day. I exfoliated and used a hydrating mask twice a week. My skin looked great!
I ate as normal and didn't worry about my weight.
The flowers were done by Flower Inn florist, in Richards Bay. We hired chairs, tables, cutlery, crockery, table cloths and chair covers from KD's house of curries. Everything looked amazing!
We didn't have any groomsmen.
I didn't have any bridesmaids.
Fr. Bongani Xulu married us.
We had such an amazing photographer!
Photography by Tanja captured our special day.
We both had pictures taken while getting ready, during the ceremony and we then did a couple's shoot. Every moment was so special.
I didn't have any planner. My husband and I did all the planning together.
We were both transported with a family car.
Pam, from KD's house of curries prepared our food.
We had a lady from Jarryd's work that made our wedding cake.
We had the reception at my parents house.
We had good food, music and good people.
