Apart from muttering the words "I do" , there are 2 other most memorable parts of the day for me.
1. When our baby boy - Jackson (18 months) was running around during the ceremony making our guests and pastor laugh with his impish smile.
2. As a surprise to our family and friends, we dedicated Jackson in their presence as witnesses. Such a privilege to have everyone share in our commitment before one another and God, as husband and wife and as parents
All inclusive in Mauritius baby!!! WOOO, what an absolute treat, lovers paradise and all around amazing relaxing holiday.
I wouldn't change a thing ! Blissful sunny days, tanning, delicious sea-food and LOTS of cocktails :)
Our wedding was nestled in an industrial section of our amazing point water front in Durban . We based on the concept of the wedding around "Industrial Chic" with lots of rich colours, textures such as velvet, and lots of foliage - an entire roof littered with greenery!
We chose a social wedding (Canape's only) and entertained our guests with a saxophonist whilst we shot and did a creative shoot in the city.
I bought my wedding dress online and spent a quarter of what I found in the shops - I mean, you wear the dress ONCE for goodness sake.

Decor was handled by the amazing team at Functions for Africa. The decor was all greenery everywhere you looked with deep rich red flowers. There were brass, metal framed tables and stunning velvet couches that gave a rich and eclectic feel to the venue.
We had a retro neon sign saying "Its Love" that we got married in front of, and that tied in the entire look .
