Highlight was my dad walking me down the isle. Then seeing my husband just standing there with the biggest smile ever and tears shallow in his eyes (i think it was because my father was crying since he saw me climb out of the car)...... Another highlight was having my stepdaughters from the UK and my own kids standing next to my husband .... One of our guests little daughter kept on telling me i look like a princess... amazing the whole night she kept on giving me these big hugs and telling me she wants to be a princess like me when she is older.
We went on honeymoon visiting the Garden route. Knysna, Wilderness and Plettenberg bay. My husband and i absolutely love nature and it was the best time of our live.
Our wedding theme changed so many times but finally it turned out perfect. I hired the perfect dress from the boutique at Hollywood Costumes in Krugersdorp and their service was excellent. I had these silver patterns all over my dress.. Long veil. Included in the price for the rental of the wedding dress i received my tiara and jewelry for free.

We had Silver , dusty pink and purple as our wedding colours. My friend David Strydom setup the whole wedding theme. even baked me my 3 tier wedding cake... absolutely amazing.
We got married at the same place we met.. Westgrove... None of our guests stayed over but riverstone Lodge in Muldersdrift was close by.
My Husband and I had to finish building a granny flat for my mother in law and there was not much time for beauty regimes. the monday before the wedding i went for a nice facial and had eyelash extension done just to discover that i was allergic to the glue .... Long story short the morning of my wedding i had temporary eyelashes on. The lady that did my hair nails and make up was brilliant...
I rented my chair covers , mirror boxes and table lay overs from Wedding SA.. The rest i purchased everything myself from China Mall and i made my own table numbers and table seating plan. I Bought fairy lights and my friend David setup everything including the Chinese lanterns. My Friend David made up all my flower arrangements. My Guest gifts were done by Bride n Things and also my guest book. Excellent service and quality
All the suits and and bridesmaid dresses was rented from Dream Brides In Krugersdorp . The clothes were altered to suit everyone. Even my ring bearers little suit was adjusted for him.
My Bridesmaids all wore infinity wrap dresses which was specialy made for them by Dream brides and the dresses were rented. Dusty pink with Shiny dusty pink shoes which i got from shoe city.

My Friends mom borrowed her Porche Carrera for my transport to the venue... Absolutely awesome... people hooted and waved at me on the way to the wedding ... felt so special
Food was prepared by the Westgrove venue chef. My wedding cake was a 3 tier and was carrot cake with frosting over it. David Strydom baked and designed my cake as per my needs.
Guest book and guest gifts were done by Bride n Things. I designed and printed all my own stationary.
As my husband and i have been dancing for years we did not need dancing lesson. Lighting and Music was done by V & E Entertainment and was excellent service.
