For starters, THE WHOLE DAY WAS MEMORABLE! But surely one of the most special moments was, before I walked down the isle, I gave my mother a rose and a letter, thanking her for that very moment, because everything I am is because of her and my father, I am absolutely blessed to have had the privilege of having such wonderful parents. Then, I walked down the isle with my father, seeing my husband as if it was the first time. Another memorable moment was, before moving in to the reception, our photographer told us to take some time alone and take as much in as we possibly could, I recommend this to every bride! Later that night after our father-daughter and mother-son dance, our friends from Italy decided to call all the couples on stage and we all started to sing the song Ti Amo " Original Italian Version " and we danced to this song. 19 April 2019 was the best day of our lives!
My husband completely surprised me by taking me to some of the most beautiful places in South Africa. We started off with Sodwana Bay (meaning "little one on it's own" in Zulu), which definitely is a beautiful jewel in the east coast of South Africa. In Sodwana we went scuba diving and had the most memorable moments. Next stop was St Lucia, where you actually spot hippos walking in the streets at night, we did the most incredible boat cruises and had the best time. Our last stop - Balito. Wow, what a fun, yet relaxing place, the beaches are amazing, great for long sandy walks on the beach!
Hair inspiration was soft curls to the side with a pearly hair clip. Makeup inspiration was elegant natural smokey wedding makeup look with a nude lip colour and a smokey natural, brown eye shadow. My wedding dress "Blanca" is a sleek and sexy bridal gown with a gorgeous low lace illusion back and dramatic lace train. My Wedding shoes combined the elegance of silver glittery and crystal details with the ease of a block heel. Jewelry was swarovski earrings gift from a friend and I had to have something traditional, so i added something blue in the garter.
