Our wedding was held in a small town called Beaufort West the place i was born,so "Eks n Karoo Meisie". We wanted something small and simple but yet intimate, that represented who we are.
The highlight of the day was seeing my fathers face when he saw me in my wedding gown. I am the eldest daughter and the first one to get married. Tears were everywhere and all he could say is "Jou make Up Kindjie" but i didn`t care because this was our moment.
My husband was so excited to have me by his side, he kissed me before the Pastor could officially pronounce us husband and wife. (Blush and smiley face)
Unfortunately No...I am working full time and studying part time, We could not afford a honeymoon, because I am paying my studies and we were saving for the wedding.
Hopefully we will have that opportunity soon. (Fingers cross)
The look i went for was something nude, timeless and elegant. My make up i did myself ( Practice makes perfect). My cousin is a professional hairstylist and a nail artist, she did my nails (First time ever i did my nails and it was so beautiful)
