On a warm March afternoon, my husband and I promised to love each other for the rest of our lives on a wooden deck over the scenic Orange River.
As I walked down the aisle on 'From this moment of Shania Twain' I saw my 'husband to be' wiping of tears (more than once) with all our dear and closest friends and family smiling and nodding in approval made me feel like the most beautiful woman on earth.
With a rustic wooden venue with dozens of fairy lights it truly was a fairy tale coming to life.
Yes we did go on honeymoon. As a matter of fact we got to enjoy the beautiful Western Cape!
We kicked off our first night as honeymooners in the honeymoon suite at the Piekenierskloof Resort.
The second day we left to explore the fine wines of Stellenbosch.
Day 4 to 5 we drowned in the beauty of Bloubergstrand at night with inhaling the beautiful Cape Town by the Red Bus tour (twice!!!).
Day six we spent the day getting lost in amazing Franschoek by visiting the most fabulous wine farms by taking the local winetram ~ a true treat if you haven't been.
From there we spent the remaining days of our honeymoon in Diaz Beach, enjoying every activity we could. Helicopter ride, Catamarang ride etc.
