Every part of our wedding was a highlight to me because I married my best friend and the person that i love the most. Memorable moments of our wedding for me was when i walked down the aisle and saw how beautiful i looked for my husband and that we made a promise infront of God to love and cherish each other
We went on honeymoon in the Western Cape in Hartenbos and it was so special to me because me and my husbands first vacation was in Hartenbos and we have special memories there and Hartenbos means so much to us
My wedding look was elegant. My hair and makeup was dramatic look. Hair was done by the fabulous Zene Deysel from Hair Designs. Makeup was done by Roselle Jacobs from Roselle Jacobs Makeup. Wedding dress was a Enzoani blue from Lady Anne Bridal. Shoes was from Foschini and was a nude look. And jewelry was a present from my sister i only went for a bracelet.
I got married at the beautiful Cussonia Crest that is in Pretoria North and some of my guests stayed the night at Cussonia Crest they have beautiful rooms for the guests available
We decided for a color for our wedding so our color was dark red and navy. We wanted the wooden tables with the mix of pink and red flowers in the middle of the table and the gold candle holders with navy candles in them for our tables. Underplates we had wooden and glass underplates with a navy napkin. Plant and Palm did our beautiful flowers and the rest of the decor the wedding venue Cussonia Crest supplied
The groom wore a Navy full suit with a white shirt and a silver tie and brown tan shoes with a brown tan belt. The groomsmen wore light grey suites with white shirts and a navy tie and brown tan shoes and belts and the suits was from Eurosuit.
The bridesmaids wore a dark red one shoulder dress that we made locally and i love a one shoulder dresses so decided on a one shoulder dress
The marriage officer was my father in law and it was so special because he knows us the best and he cares so much for his people. He was Tewie Pieters
What an amazing women Lyne from LynX Photography captured all our special moments on our wedding day she made us feel so special, she made us laugh and made us feel so comfortable. Her work speaks for its self i cant stop looking at our photos. We didnt do a video because Lyne from LynX Photography did a stop motion video of our wedding and that is the best
The wedding venue Cussonia Crest gave us a wedding coordinator Carina which was so amazing she just had everything worked out and planned. This made it so easy for me.
I didnt need wedding transport because the honeymoon suite was at the wedding venue and was big and we made ready in the honeymoon suite
The delicious wedding food was made by the wedding venue. Our beautiful cake was made by the grooms grandmother and the people just loved it
My wedding stationery was made by Anell Slabbert-Basson from Ek ken iemand
Our reception felt like a fairytale it was perfect everything we wanted. There was fairy lights from the roof and candles everywhere it gave a romantic feeling. My husband is a pretty good dancer and he learned me how to dance and it was so special. We had a DJ that was very good and the people just had such a good time because of him our DJ was Gauteng DJ
