We literally planned our wedding around the rain season because for me it would be worst case scenario if it rained on my wedding day! At the end of the day it didnt rain, it poured!! God showed me that I can’t control everything and it was the best thing that could have happened. Our day was so special and I wouldn’t trade it for sunshine if I could get it over.
We haven’t gone anywhere yet but we’re planning a long getaway over December. Croacia or Greece, or both
We got married at Monte Bello Estate just outside Bloemfontein. Most of the family also stayed at the lodge at MonteBello.
My decor was dine by Ulrich at Grandroom Design. I wanted a very simple and timeless look. White, silver and greenery was what I wanted and they delivered 100% because I couldn’t have asked for anything better. They had bouquets hahing above the tables and every other table had chandeliers on it. Drape Inc did the draping with lots of fringing and fairy lights that made the night that much more soecial
I baught my bridesmaids dresses at Bridal Enporium. They each got a duck egg colour infinity dress and they looked stunning.
