My most memorable day, is having a horse and carriage as my ride to the matrimonial, I felt like a princess and it is something I have always said I will have on my wedding day and for it to come to life, was the best thing ever
Not yet, we are planning on going in November to Thailand
My dress was a 2-in-1 mermaid dress with a skirt on top which I was able to remove, I had a 4 meter long veil which was just a fairlytale.
Makeup was done by one of my close friends Mokidi
My shoes were so blingy, and fit the theme of our wedding which was royal elegance
My earings I bought them at NWJ, my wedding ring was from JDC Fourways
Hair was done by Milano Studio, they based in Parkhurst
Makiti (Ballroom) Venue
I made sure I wash my face day and night, as tiring as that is and considering how lazy one is to do the night routines, I had no choice but to do so
My flowers I just wanted simple things and not for things to be complicated, I had white and green flowers on each table, which looked beautiful. Everything else was provided by the venue, the flowers were the only thing that was outsourced
the groom had his suit tailormade by a friend from where he grew up, the groomsmen bought their suits at the Plaza, which looked amazing on them
they wore beautiful dresses that were created by Fabyoutailormade, they looked so stunning as everyone kept talking about their dresses, I got the inspiration from dollhousebridesmaid and I gave the seamstress the design I want, and she made it exactly how the design looked. I have no doubt that she could design and make a wedding dress, she is that good
Pastor Lempe
Our photographer was a guy my husband and I went to high school with, Motlhalefi Ntsoeleng, we did not make use of a photo booth, the venue was so beautiful that we saw everybody taking pictures at different sites at the venue, those pictures are still some of our guests profile pictures on their social media
we were given a planner by Makiti, and she did a wonderful job
the horse and carriage was my highlight, especially after the matrimonial, and getting on the carriage with my husband and son for a lil ride before we started taking pictures
Food was prepared by Makiti. Our wedding cake was done by a high school mate Kagiso, and it was stunning and tasted delicious
my husband's cousin helped us out with that
no dance lessons lol just free style. Makiti provided us with the DJ, and lighting.
we did most of our things with Makiti, I would highly recommend Makiti to a couple that is planning to get married, they would be in the right arms
