2011..He sent me a Facebook inbox message and we started chatting. Exchanged numbers. We started talking on the phone. I was in Port Elizabeth(work) and he was in Johannesburg. We agreed to meet when I come home that December. I told him I'm catching a flight and he was waiting for me at the airport. We spent the night together, having met physically for the first time. We went in our own ways. I didn't think it will get far but he called and asked to take me out to Lunch. I realised it was not a one night stand so I started to think of us as a couple. Few months down he left his life to come join me. It was hard but that's what strengthened our relationship. Years went by..He proposed, the uncle's visited my home. We had a small blessing ceremony in 2016. We are now doing our White wedding in December.
2015 - We drove down to Durban to see Joyous celebration. We checked in on Thursday and we were going to be there till Sunday...so Saturday during breakfast, he started telling me about how he appreciates me and the time we've been together....and then one moment, one person walked straight to me with a huge bunch of red roses and while I'm trying to figure out what's going on...I turned to him and he was on his knee. I didn't hear most of what he said...I just said YES!.
