Greetings everyone. I want to share my PERFECT day with each and everyone of you..
My husband and I got married on the 7th of December 2019 at Destiny Lodge in Cullinan and that day was the most BEAUTIFUL and PHENOMENAL day of OUR lives! On our special day it was raining softly, making our day even more special. Because of the light rain that day, I believe that we are blessed with The Power of Love and that we will have many more years together as a married couple. I was so calm when I heard the raindrops falling down on the roof while I was busy getting ready in the Honeymoon Suit. When I walked into the Chapel, hand in hand with my father, smiling to and looking at our guests, all I could think of in that particular moment was to hold my husband's hand as tight as possible.
When he saw me, tears started rolling down his cheek with the song "From this Moment" playing in the background. It was at that moment I realized that I am going to marry my best friend. The rest of our wedding evening went EXACTLY the way we planned. We danced the night away, looking deeply into each other's eyes and capturing every moment while it lasted.
Our wedding day was speechlessly beautiful and it was one UNFORGETTABLE day!
My husband took me to the destination where I always wanted to go and kept it a surprise!!
We went to Thailand, Phuket! Our whole honeymoon was full of sunshine and laughter, together with fun and constant laughing. We stayed at Patong Bay Hill Hotel where the swimming pool was just outside the door, looking over the horizon.
We went to different islands each and every day, experiencing the different food and culture, taking a thousand photos and enjoying the wind blowing through our hair when we were on the speedboat. We went snorkeling at Phi Phi Island, Coral Island and James Bond Island and afterwards enjoyed a nice cocktail on the beach before leaving the to pier.
All of the islands were clean and the water was crystal clear. We took nice and long walks alongside the beach, breathing in the fresh air and feeling the white sand between our toes. Our honeymoon was unforgettable and I will go back anytime!
My wedding look was elegant. I wore a mermaid wedding dress with a long tail/tow at the back that consisted of lace at the end. My back was open, forming almost a heart shaped open back with lace. My wedding dress consisted of a thousand swarovski's all over and that made my dress elegant and beautiful when the lights caught the swarovski's.
My wedding shoes were a pointy, silver, thick heeled shoe with clear crystals that was extremely comfortable throughout the day and night. I felt way prettier than Cinderella! - (Service provider - Raelynn Rose Couture)
My beach blonde hair were plated on the side, forming into a low curly-bun with my hairpiece just above the lower bun. - (Service provider - Kirsty Hair)
I had a classy, yet elegant look when it came to my makeup. I wore a very soft pink and nude long lasting matt lipstick with a shine to fit my dress. I had smokey eyes in a nude color (just enough for everyone to see). My eye shadow complimented my lashes and made my face picture ready! - (Service provider - Blink Beauty, Hair & MakeUp)
I was wearing a white, laced G-string to fit with my wedding look.
The jewelry I had on complimented my dress at the end, because my earrings and bracelet looked the same. It was shining with my dress the whole night.

Our wedding destination was Destiny Lodge in Cullinan, Gauteng.
The venue was elegant and breathtaking and all of the staff made our special day better with the friendliness they showed to everyone. There were a lot of accommodation on the premises, enough for 56 guests to sleep over. All of the rooms were booked through family and friends!
My bridal beauty regime I went with was natural and elegant with a touch of class. I worked out a few months before the wedding to look fabulous in my wedding dress. I was drinking a lot of vitamins to prevent getting sick on our special day.
My mother and my bridal crew booked us for a back and neck massage, indian head massage, pedicure and manicure and a facial the day before our wedding to calm some of the nerves to have a good night's rest the night before the big day!
It was a feeling and experience of tranquility and relaxation every bride needs to feel!
Our wedding theme was elegant with a touch of class. Destiny Lodge did all of our decorations beautifully and excatly the way I wanted! The color was peach, white and silver and we had fairylights on the drapes in the hall. We had rose gold runners over our round tables with peach and white serviettes and silver cutlery and crockery.
Our wedding flowers were white philonopsis, peach and white roses and peach gerbera's that was put in water in three vases as our center pieces, with floating candles that was lit with peach and crystal pebbles at the bottom of the vases.
The vases on each table was placed on a round mirror that was part of the center pieces.
The groom and groomsmen wore light to medium grey suits, with a black belt, black pointy shoes and a white shirt.
The groom was wearing a normal peach, silk tie and the groomsmen wore peach and silk bowties. The peach silk together with the grey suits complimented each other beautifully!
They bought their suits at Oriental Plaza in Johannesburg and then had it tailor made.
My bridesmaids wore peach dresses with a rose gold sequence top. The dress was flowy with a slit on the right hand side.
Both of them got the idea of three pictures they put together.

Our marriage officer was Neeld du Randt. He usually commences his services at Hoogland Church in Kempton Park.
We had two AMAZING photographers at our wedding.

I wanted to plan my whole wedding without the help of a wedding coordinator. So i went with my own ideas and desires, obviously with the help of my parents and my bridesmaids.
We were sleeping at the venue the night of our wedding, so we did not have wedding transport. None was needed.
Our wedding food was finger-licking delicious! The snacks, starters, main course and the desert was made by Destiny Lodge's AWESOME staff members.
Our wedding cake consisted of three tiers and was beautifully decorated according to our theme and color.
Top - Red velvet with cream cheese.
Middle - Chocolate cake with caramel filling.

Most of the stationery we made ourself from our own ideas.
We had a welcoming board with a picture of my husband and I when we went for an engagement shoot. - (Service provider - Arora)
Our wedding invitations was peach with laser cut roses and silver carton, with peach lint and crystals infront of the invitation in a curly font. - (Service provider - Catherine)
We did not take dance lessons, I taught my husband how to dance and we practiced several times.
