My favorite moment was when we walked out of the chapel and greeted all our guests, knowing that I am now a Mrs Meyer with the excitement of the dinner, dancing and party to follow.
We did a roadtrip down to the South Coast, staying over in Clarens, Bluff and Elysium.
My dress was made by Something New as I could not find my dream dress in South Africa. It is a bohemian dress, with romantic pearl details and a long train. My hair was done by Anrea Louw and make up by Leilane Dacomb. I bought all my accessories at Lovisa and my shoes from Blu Betty - all perfect matches for my dress and "look".
Lalula Lodge & Wedding Venue
We had a weekend wedding and most of our guests stayed over at the venue on Friday evening & Saturday evening.
Our venue is already stunning, so Veldblom just took it to the next level with the flowers and decor. We had bright jewel tones, different vases and candles to fit in with the bohemian theme.
We bought their attire at Edgars. The grooms leather shoes and belt is from One Fine Beginning. We made their bow ties from the same material as the bridesmaids dresses.
The bridesmaids wore wrap dresses in floral fabric made by Hummingbird, with each bridesmaid choosing her own sleeve option.

The venue did the catering in house.
The cake was baked by Motion bakery and then Beate from BK Artistry & Commissions painted the floral pattern on the cake.
Cryptic Cactus did all our designs, from the save the dates to our wedding newspaper on the day.
Printing done by JAPS Printing.
We had a DJ - Brendan Skibinski
