Wow, where do we begin with our highlights & memorable moments on the biggest day of our lives.
What a super amazing and special day it was. From putting on my dream wedding dress and feeling like a real princess.
Arriving at church and walking through the chapel doors and seeing him waiting at the altar and looking so handsome that smile he gave was so bright. My heart was pounding at what felt like a million beats a minute. will never forget that amazing feeling.
Arriving at our venue we have chosen and it looked absolutely gorgeous.
Then all our family and friends what an amazing part they all played they made us feel so special and we danced the night away it was so much fun.
Absolutely, we went to Conrad Maldives Rangali Island for 7 days .What an incredible place. Pristine white beaches and crystal clear water, pure Serenity.
Then we went to Dubai for 3 Days what an incredible city.
For my I wanted to feel like a real princess, I went for a very classic and elegant look.
My hair and Make-up: The Style Brand
My hair was very elegantly done in a low neck bun with a silver crown made with pearls and crystals.( Crown from Vonvè Bridal Couture).
My Make-up was done very natural with popping eyes in Bronze,browns and purple undertones.
My Wedding dress and Veil: Vonvè Bridal Couture
My dream wedding dress. It was a big princess dress with a big train. The undertone of dress was a nude pink and had feathers, lace and crystal beading done all over. The corset was all beaded in pearls and crystals.
The veil was long and pearls where beaded all over.
Wedding shoes: Dunes
I had 2 pairs of shoes, one for photo's at home and then one for the ceremony.
The one pair for photo's was the white and blue Portuguese tile like our wedding and the ceremony shoes where silver with a kitten heels.
Both pairs were super comfortable.
Jewellery: Vonvè Bridal Couture
My Earings where silver, short chandeliers with crystals and a pearl at the bottom.
My Bracelet was silver with crystals all around.
My Garter: Vonvè Bridal Couture
My Garter white soft mesh with pearl flowers beaded on the side.
We got married at Nazareth House Chapel in Groenkloof and then our reception was held at Summer Place Hyde Park
My bridal beauty regime wasn't very different to my everyday routine.
I didn't change anything for the wedding as I wanted to still look like me on my special day.
I went for facials a few weeks before and had a manicure & pedicure done for the big day.
We where inspired by using the blue and white Portuguese tile as our theme for the wedding.
Outside we used fully white draped gazebos with lounge chairs for seating and a food festival where they where grilling prawns and espetada and many more with wine and gin stations to keep everyone refreshed.
Our white tables where set with the blue and white tile monogram, crystal glassware,silver cutlery, white candles and all white flowers and transparent queen chairs where used at all the tables.
We had white flooring done with our gold monogram on the dance floor.
And lighting was pin spotted all over the venue.
Our wedding cake was 3 tier white cake with the white and blue tile monogram with white sugar flowers on the top.
The Groom was wearing a suite imported from Portugal.it was a navy suite open jacket with a navy embroided waistcoat and the tie was made from same material from suite and waistcoat together and a white shirt.
Groomsmen Suits: Frank Bespoke
The Groomsmen was wearing Blue suits with Black trims on the jacket collor with white shirts and blue bow ties.
Bridesmaids Dresses: Josè de Canha Fashion Designer
My bridesmaids where wearing one shoulder long formal blue dresses with a slit and on the one shoulder it had 3 frils. (Sex and the city inspired the look)

1. Jack and Jane Photography : Wow they are an amazing couple they made everything feel so easy and we loved working with them. The photo's are more beautiful than I could ever imagine.
2. Mighty Fine Videographers: Really enjoyed working with them they are a super team.
Nick Nicolaou by Event by Nick was my wedding planner and he oversaw all the planning and helped us with all our ideas to bring them alive. He made our special day a reality.

The food was provided by Vicky Crease Catering and WOW it was absolutely delicious.
Paula de Sousa made our wedding cake it was done perfectly and taste so good.
Our reception was beautiful. Yes we did take a few dance lessons before but on the night we totally forgot every step haha.
We had DJ Paul Dos Santos ( Sound Gr) and lighting was also done by him on the night, he created an amazing vibe and everyone had a blast.
We had one live band for outside they where called the girls. One sang and played violin and the other one played saxophone.
