Seeing my forever person as I walked down the isle.
Also just getting to see our cultures mesh so well together.
No, we have yet to go on a honeymoon.
I wanted to be comfortable, some what natural and not completely different from what I look like most days (he goal was to not look unrecognizable, seeing and I don’t usually wear make up.)
I wanted a natural look. My dress was the 1st dress I put on when wedding dress shopping and I just “knew” that it was “my dress!” My husband loves my curly hair so I decided to keep it natural (and just aswell because it for all but 5mins on the day.)
The jewelry I wore on the day belongs to my mother.

Wendy the in-house coordinator was amazing. Nothing was too much. She was calm, helpful and went above and beyond.
We had planned to have an outdoor wedding, everything but the reception but it rained all day. Up until I walked down the isle I didn’t know where the isle was or how long it was or even what it looked like, but I knew I could trust Wendy.
We booked out all the accommodation and most of our guess slept over and enjoyed breakfast together the morning after the wedding.
If you dream of a bespoke barefoot wedding you will love Old Mac Daddy; set amongst apple orchards and the pine whispering slopes of the Elgin Valley.
Other than a spa day during the week leading up to the wedding I honestly didn’t do anything else.
