The highlight for us was being able to share this special occasion and incorporate our children in our ceremony. Our daughter was maid of honour and our son was best man. It was the most intimate and beautiful ceremony where every guest played a part. We had photos of all of our guests hanging up through the forest path on the way to the outdoor chapel. We also asked all of our guests to place a handful of petals, making a ring around the spot where my husband and I exchanged vows. This represented and symbolised their part and well wishes for our unity. It was emotional and beautiful.
